Student Computing Policy - Appendix 1: Using your computer safely

This is Appendix 1 of the OU Student Computing Policy  and should be read in conjunction with the rest of that policy. This Appendix provides suggestions for setting up your computer and working safely.

This is Appendix 2 of the OU Student Computing Policy and should be read in conjunction with the rest of that policy. This Appendix sets out OU online communications principles which describe how OU staff and students should work together online to support learning, research, administration and participation in all aspects of the University community.

This is Appendix 3 of the OU Student Computing Policy and should be read in conjunction with the rest of that policy. This Appendix provides guidance which applies to students who use social media, for example Facebook or Twitter.

This is Appendix 4 of the OU Student Computing Policy and should be read in conjunction with the rest of that policy. This Appendix sets out the Terms and conditions governing the use of software, tools and content. By accepting a place on an OU module or otherwise using OU computing facilities, you have given a legal undertaking to comply in full with these terms and conditions.
