Google Code have recently announced changes that will lead to the service being shutdown at the end of 2015 ‘Bidding farewell to Google Code’
The open source code for the RISE project is currently hosted at Google Code https://code.google.com/p/rise-project/
In the next few months we will be looking for alternative hosting arrangements for the code
