In this programme Stephanie Roberts, a young teacher of experimental dance and movement, demonstrates with a mixed group of students some of the preliminary exercises and the improvisatory routines... which allow ordinary people without formal training to express themselves through movement. The people who took part in the programme were not professional dancers (although a few were students) and their ages ranged from sixteen to more than fifty.
