Part 2 - Structured Observation: an opportunity to observe the interactions of established groups in two different settings - at home and in the workplace. First, The Family. Alick Rocca with his wife Juliet discuss with their children, Daniel and Elli, what they might like to do on a visit to London the following weekend. Then, Alick in his role as Development Manager with his colleagues, Debbie, Peter and Brian. They're discussing changes that they might make as a result of a recent survey into worker attitudes.
