Hi, I’ve a couple of service issues to report.
Firstly, we’ve had a hike in deposits since the beginning of the new year. It might take a little longer than usual to make items live – please bear with us as we check these items and make them live.
Secondly, there has been a problem with an update to the ORO server in IT. This means some browse views (e.g. the author view) haven’t been updated for a week and probably will not be updated for another 2 weeks. We are working with IT to get this done as soon as possible.
