Full presentations are for work that is mature or in the final stages of analysis, and will be allotted 25 minutes, including 10 minutes for questions and discussion. To be considered for a full presentation slot, please submit an abstract of no more than 300 words.
Lightning presentations are for works in progress, projects in their initial stages, and early doctoral research. Presenters will be allotted 5 minutes, including 1 minute for one question, and will be able to use one slide. To be considered for a lightning presentation slot, please submit an abstract of no more than 150 words. Accepted lightning presentations may also be shown as a poster at the conference.
Posters enable work in progress to be presented visually. To be considered for a poster slot, please submit an abstract of no more than 150 words. You must also be available to discuss your poster at the conference on Tuesday 18 June. An additional abstract is not required for anyone submitting a lightning presentation abstract.
Submissions from projects across the Open University and beyond are very welcome. All academic research projects based in IET/LTIA are strongly encouraged to contribute a submission to the CALRG conference, in order that the conference provides a comprehensive overview of our current work.
