Donna Phillips

As a Research Clerk for the Student Statistics & Survey Team, my main responsibilities relate to administrating surveys. I liaise with clients to discuss their survey requirements and carry out their surveys with an aim to gather the best response rates possible.

I deal with all aspects of postal and online survey work, from the design perspective to the distribution of questionnaires and the interpretation of survey data.

I also deal with Ad hoc queries with regards to data analysis and assist the team with the wide variety of reports that they carry out regularly.
