Tracey de Beer

As Senior Manager Teaching & Students in the Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences I support the Associate Dean, Teaching & Students and Deputy Associate Dean, Teaching and Students in carrying out a wide range of projects related to enhancing teaching in the Faculty and at the OU.  I am Secretary to the Faculty's Employability Working Group; Taught Postgraduate Working Group and L3 Dissertation Working Group.  Current projects I'm involved in include:

• working with the faculty's employability leads, qualification managers and others to ensure our modules are mapped against employability and linked to FutureYOU
• organising the Faculty's Student Hub Live events;
• academic induction and training;
• developing an ethics model for undergraduate and taught postgraduate dissertation modules in FASS

,I also manage the faculty's register of external examiners and represent the faculty on the Diagnostic Assurance Group
