Profile summary

Professional biography

I am a third year PhD student funded by the ISIS Neutron and Muon Source and the Open University, wherein I am a part of the Fraser Astrochemistry research group. My education background includes BSc Chemistry and MSc Physics (focus on nuclear astrophysics) degrees from the University of Brighton and the University of Surrey, respectively.

Research interests

My research focusses on exploring the nanoscale physical properties and structure of molecular ices and their impact on astrophysical-scale effects in star- and planet-forming regions. This is done using both neutron scattering (NIMROD and SANS2D at the ISIS second target station) and molecular dynamics simulations (GROMACS).
