Citation Management SUM
There are five Service Usage Model (SUM) documents available [n.b. the ‘Top Level SUM v1.1’ document was deprecated in favour of v2.0]:
- Top Level SUM v2.0
- Add References SUM
- Create Bibliography SUM
- Import/Export References SUM
- Manage References SUM
The first SUM is an overarching description of the whole area, while the other four documents provide SUMs for specific activities within the area.
The TELSTAR SUM was originally submitted alongside other SUMs to the e-Framework Community Wiki. This wiki came out of the JISC e-Framework programme. The e-Framework for Education and Research website is now available on the Web Archive, each of the SUMs are available from the Web Archive too.
