The Forensic Cognition Research Group based in the School of Psychology and Counselling will hold its next seminar on 3rd July from 3:30-5:30pm at the Open University in London,  1-11 Hawley Crescent, Camden Town, London NW1 8NP.

Speakers are Dr. Michael Lewis (Associate Lecturer in Psychology, OU), Prof Fiona Gabbart (Goldsmiths) Alessandra Caso and Joanne Kenrick (PhD students at Goldsmiths.

 

Dr Michael Lewis: Exploring motives for aggression within high secure psychiatric care

Prof Fiona Gabbart: Exploring the benefits of rapport in information-gathering contexts via systematically mapping the evidence base

Alessandra Caso: Investigating the impact of question type and question order on witness confidence

Jo Kenrick: Combining quantitative & qualitative methods to explore the meta-cognition of highly skilled liars
