If you or any of your guests have additional seating requirements to be considered during the ceremony, please telephone the Ceremonies Centre on +44 (0)1908 541079 at least 3 weeks before your ceremony date.

Refreshments

Limited refreshments will be available for purchase at the venue. 

You can buy light refreshments in the Red Dot Bar 08:00-10:00 and 12:30-14:30, and in the Pre-Function Area 09:15-10:15 and 13:45-14:45.  The Pitchside Bar on the second floor will also be open from 09:00 for drinks There are also numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk of the DoubleTree.    

Cloakroom

The venue has cloakroom facilities (free of charge) available on the first floor foyer just before you enter the pre-function area. 

Please note that large bags, pushchairs, buggies, etc. are not permitted in the Ballroom during the ceremony.

First Aid

If first aid assistance is required whilst at the venue, please report to a member of venue staff.

Security & emergencies

Please note it is at the venue’s discretion to enforce any security measures, such as bag searches.

Should the need to evacuate arise, an announcement will be made and venue staff will give further instruction.
