A listed building and former banking hall prominently located within the legal and business district of Central Belfast. The Open University in Northern Ireland relocated to the building on 11 January 2010. 

The building was constructed in 1919-1921 but extensively refurbished and extended in 2009.

Building access is currently restricted to the ground floor for people with accessibility considerations, there are future plans to improve access to all floors of the building.
