The property was newly constructed in 2006 with fully accessible raised floors and full air conditioning. The University occupied the property from 2007. It is located in Cardiff City Centre with the main rail and bus terminals close by. In November 2021 we started leasing the ground floor of the adjacent Unison building to use as our ShowHome 'Solva'.

The building is fully accessible for all users. Each floor has an accessible WC and there is an evac lift and evac chair.
