Craven College

Craven College, Skipton, is a great place to study – most importantly because our most recent Higher Education Education Review of our courses awarded us the highest possible rating, outperforming many major universities.

Our HE courses are delivered at our Aireville Campus in Skipton and at The Aviation Academy, Leeds Bradford Airport.

Skipton itself was famously voted The Independent Britain’s Happiest Place [source: Office of National Statistics 2017]. Maybe that’s due to the growing number of festivals, for example, Oktoberfest, Gin, Beer, Yarndale, Puppet, Waterways, Yorkshire Dales Food & Drink Festival.

The Aviation Academy, our unique airside campus, is based at Leeds Bradford Airport – one of the UK’s major airports. We have access to flying schools, technical instruction, expert careers advice and aviation knowledge. To ensure all of our courses are industry-relevant, we write them in consultation with employers and also add key employment skills such as time-management, ICT and numeracy into your programme.
