Cassie White

School Employability Manager for Animal, Rural and Environmental Sciences: Nottingham Trent University

Cassie is the School Employability Manager for Animal, Rural and Environmental Sciences at Nottingham Trent University (NTU) where she supports academic colleagues with the integration of employability within the curriculum at undergraduate and postgraduate level. 

She is module lead for the Diploma and Certificate in Professional Practice awards and teaches on employability modules across a wide range of courses.      

During her early career, she worked in elite sport and has been able to bring her coaching and mentoring approach to her current role where she thoroughly enjoys supporting and encouraging students to recognise their own values and qualities.  She is an accredited strengths practitioner and has a strong interest in identity, self-awareness and reflective self- evaluation. 

In her spare time, Cassie is a keen rower and can often be found pootling up & down the River Trent.
