The Open University Professor of Polar Oceanography, Mark Brandon, has spent several years researching at the front line of climate change. He has contributed his expertise to some of the BBC’s most successful productions.
Join Mark as he dives behind the scenes and explores how science and discovery were the driving forces behind the OU/BBC’s multi-award-winning co-produced documentaries, Frozen Planet and Blue Planet II.
Part of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society's (RSGS) Inspiring People, public talks programme and the Open University's 50th anniversary activities.
Tickets are £10 (plus £1.37 booking fees), or free for RSGS members, students and under 18s.
