Climate and energy scientist Stephen Peake is giving talks across Scotland, as part of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society's 'Inspiring People' talks series.
Join climate and energy scientist Stephen Peake, as he guides us through an entertaining and enlightening experience as we don a pair of ‘energy goggles’, hitch a ride on a sunbeam, and take a once-in-a-lifetime tour of our Earth.
Professor Peake from The Open University looks to the future and considers where we will get our energy from, and what solutions should be implemented now to avert dangerous climate warming and quit our addiction to fossil fuels. Expect demonstrations, graphics and performance elements, interspersed with some ‘boring facts'.
