Description
Felicia Hemans (née Browne) was an English poet most well known for her poem 'Casabianca' which begins "The boy stood on the burning deck". She also created the phrase "The stately homes of England". Hemans was well regarded by poets including William Wordsworth. She died of dropsy at the age of 41.
