For years The Open University has provided academic consultants for a range of natural history programmes in co-production with the BBC.

This Northern Ireland Science Festival event will look at some of the stories in Planet Earth III that illustrate how the world is changing and the extent to which animals are able to keep pace with the rate of change. Dr Miranda Dyson, Senior Lecturer in Behavioural Ecology at The Open University and OU academic consultants for the OU/BBC co-production Planet Earth III, will look at some of the ways in which animals are adapting to a rapidly changing climate and the role programmes like Planet Earth III may have, in raising public awareness and engagement in current conservation issues.

She will be joined by the series producer from the BBC, Matt Brandon who will give his insight and knowledge having delivered several highly successful natural history and adventure documentaries.

Places are limited so make sure you book early.
