Workshop Webinar taking place on 04 February 2021 at 15:00 - 16:00

Dr. Ellen Ernst Kossek
Basil S. Turner Professor of Management,
Purdue University Krannert School of Management

As many professionals have already discovered for themselves, it’s a myth that it is always easy for busy working individuals to achieve perfect balance between their work and personal lives- especially now during Covid-19, where many are managing forced homeworking and their family demands with their jobs.

This Workshop Webinar will:
  • Identify and discuss three factors that affect the boundaries between work and personal life for well-being
  • Understand the pros and cons of your boundary management style with colleagues, family, supervisor and team members
  • Learn about boundary management techniques that can help you to address work and life challenges to improve effectiveness at work and home in this ager of tethered work
Workshop participants are invited to take a short workshop assessment designed to identify their own preferences prior to the webinar that will generate feedback for managing the work-life boundaries.  Here is the link to self-assess your “flexstyles” boundary management style – please conduct prior to the workshop (takes about 5-10 minutes).
