Biography - Ian Jones-Healey

Ian works as Archivist at the Langdon Down Museum of Learning Disability in Teddington. For the Down’s Syndrome Association he is Editor of the journal and works on publications. The museum is working on an oral history project about Normansfield Hospital. It welcomes visits from groups and schools to learn about Dr John Langdon Down, Normansfield and the social history of learning disability.

Ian previously worked in higher education and has volunteered for several disability charities. One of his two sons has a learning disability.
