Dr James Bruce awarded funding to characterise reversed phase chromatography peptide separation systems

LHCS senior lecturer Dr James Bruce has received funding from Novo Nordisk, to define an improved and rational strategy for the development of methods for reversed phase chromatography of peptides. Working in partnership with Shimadzu and Novo Nordisk, this research will build on their previous work that demonstrated the key importance of the relationship between mobile and stationary phases when separating peptides. This can benefit drug development research and the analysis of biological samples.
