International Fellowships

Introduction

International Fellowship Scheme“Connecting academic communities around the world”

The Open University Business School is dedicated to the development of practice-based learning in the field of management and professional education.

Our world class learning approach takes business, management and legal education into the very heart of professional practice, enriched by a worldwide network of partnerships, and underpinned by leading edge research and a deep understanding of how professionals learn and develop their practice.

We are one of just 41 Business Schools worldwide with triple accreditation from EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA

Academics and practitioners in all countries, particularly from developing countries and newly emerging economies, are invited to apply for a Fellowship to undertake a project (normally 3 to 6 months) at The Open University Business School in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.

The selection panel welcomes a wide variety of proposals including:

  • Research
  • Training and Development
  • Academic Exchange
  • Course Development and Writing

Applications are welcome for projects focusing on various aspects of our learning and teaching design and which support our practice-based open learning model.

At this time we particularly welcome proposals that would contribute to the process of redesigning our Global MBA (Master of Business Administration) and support our work on international management learning and practice.

The deadline for 2010 applications is under review. Please contact us for further information.

For further information on how to apply please follow the links on the left or download the summary guidelines (pdf format), or should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact our Fellowship Office.
