The Open University is pleased to announce the return of Brighter Futures Grants, in collaboration with Santander Universities, which offers 10 lucky students the chance to win a £1,000 award to support their academic journey.
Recipients can spend the funds to help focus on their studies, including rent, bills, groceries, textbooks, tech, and more.
All students are eligible to enter, including undergraduates, postgraduates, part-time and full-time students.
Entering is quick and easy – students register on the Santander Open Academy website and follow a verification link, sent by email, to complete their entry. By entering students will have access to browse the Santander Open Academy website for free, accessing on-demand learning content that can help support their studies.
Santander Universities is Santander’s strategic initiative to aid higher education and innovation through practical and financial support in the UK.
With 75 university partners, they support student opportunities in education, employability and entrepreneurship. Santander Universities partnership with The Open University began in 2011, and brings fantastic benefits for OU students, such as the Brighter Futures Grants.
Applications are open until Thursday, December 5, 2024, with all required to be currently enrolled at the Open University.
Winning entries will be announced on Monday 6 January 2025.
