Description
This radio programme previews the OU 3rd level course Literature in the Modern World which has its first year of presentation in 1991. Jenny Lecoat interviews Angus Calder about the course in gener...al and is joined by Betty Talks for a discussion of the television programme Crossing the Border, including extracts from the GPO film 'Nightmail'. The programme also features two of the women poets from the television programme Changing Voices - Grace Nichols and Fleur Adcock - who talk about feminism and politics and read some of their poetry.
