Dr. Barrie Jones visits Shulbrede Priory in Lynchmere, West Sussex. A former Augustine Priory founded around 1190 - it is now the home of Kate and Ian Russell, descendants of the composer Sir Huber...t Parry. Dr Jones interviews Kate Russell about the priory and the prior's chamber and then interviewing her sister Laura Ponsonby about the Shulbrede Tunes and plays extracts from 'Shulbrede', 'Priors Chamber by Firelight', 'Matthew', 'Dolly 1' and 'Dolly 2', and 'Father Playmate'.
