Description
This is a remake of the old E221/02 radio programme. It is a discussion about civil servants in the DES, with particular reference to Her Majesty's Inspectorate (HMI), Sir Toby Weaver, who retired ...as a Deputy Secretary in 1974 after a distinguished career in the DES, and Miss Shelia Brown, the Senior Chief Inspector discuss the relative roles of the administrative civil servant and the Inspector.
