Description
In this programme, three councillors from Cumbria County Council talk about the change from the smaller constituent counties to the larger Cumbria Authority in 1973 and how this affected their work.... They discuss not only the changes in size and scale of organisation but also the effects of corporate management which was introduced at that time.
