Mr. Dennis Craig, one of the main speakers, is a leading expert on Creole dialects throughout the West Indies and. arising from his researches, he has "been heavily involved in developing and ...applying educational theory in Jamaica. Joyce Little and Roxy Harris are both working with the Supplementary Service to Schools in Waltham Forest, which aims to develop the language abilities of West Indian children in North London schools.
