Description
In this programme a group of top infants from the Margaret Wix Infant School, St. Albans, work with their headmistress, Beryl Nunn, in a modeling activity. Creating a 'model' from a text is useful ...as a teaching tool to encourage accuracy in reading the lines, effective reading between the lines and appropriate reading "beyond the lines. On this occasion the children have started with a text entitled "The Water Cycle". The programme is introduced by Derek Prior of the Course Team.
