Description
Saving Species on BBC Radio 4 explores biodiversity, conservation and natural history, both in the UK and across the globe. This programme deals with hunting wolves in Sweden. The hunting of predat...ors is always controversial with many interested parties. We reported an unfolding story in Sweden and present the ideas based on conversations with the interested parties. Iceland's Arctic Fox. This programme has been amended in the Thursday repeat at 21.00 on 07/02. News came in that the cull had been postponed awaiting an appeal. We have amended the programme at the end quoting the Swedish Government Agency (The Environment Agency, responsible for organising the hunt) as source.
