He simulates part of this procedure with help from a female subject. Green describes some of the drawbacks of 'lie detection' procedure. He demonstrates some of these in the next experiment. Shots of an experiment in which the subject consciously alters his autonomic response. In this case blood pressure is lowered in the subject just by having him think about it.
