Footage description: Todd begins by asking Rowe for a broad outline of her career and her reasons for wanting the new job. The interview continues with Rowe outlining her views of rush hour, how she might change it, what she dislikes about it etc. Rowe is next questioned on her present job - Women in Town - and she enumerates her criticisms of its general direction. She goes on to discuss what features she would do and how. Interview ends. The four interviewers discuss the two candidates, Rowe and Gallimore, reviewing the pros and con of them both. Finally they decide to offer the job to Gallimore. Credits.
