| Footage description: | In this programme Peter Chapman gives circuits containing deliberate faults to Gaby Smol and Gary Alexander, who trace and rectify the faults using the home kit as sent to students. First circuit tested is the ramp generator discussed in the last programme. A faulty transistor is found. The second circuit composes the tamp generator and trigger circuit. In this, a transistor was incorrectly connected. Next they test a complete timebase circuit containing a wrongly connected diode. Finally they work on a timebase circuit containing several faults. |
