Several workers in his laboratory also give their views. John Leyland, Finance Director, states his views on the management structure of the company. Several employees who hold more than one job within the structure of Scott Bader give their reactions to this dual role and how it affects the management of the company as well as their own work. There are several film shots of the plant at work between interviews. Commentary links employee comments to the organization chart. John Anagnostelis, Training Officer, discusses some of the criteria for success at Scott Bader where the profit motive is not a major factor. |
