Over shots of the demonstration getting under way, sound of a local radio station reporting the demonstration as it develops. Alan Dobie (v/o) and Anna Gyorgy discuss the plans of the demonstrators once the site was occupied. Shots of Governor Thomson arriving at Seabrook and talking to the demonstrators. Film of the demonstration being broken up, with mass arrests, by the state police. Commentary over film consists of a local radio station news report. Film of the arrested demonstrators being taken from the site in buses. Commentary by Dobie gives details of the arrests. Governor Thomson, in his office, explains why he called on the state police to break up the demonstration and arrest the demonstrators.
