Not all dance is made up of specialised movements performed with, music by highly trained dancers of amazing suppleness. There is a whole repertoire of movement in everyday life that is complex, co...-ordinated and available to everyone, and this film shows how three dancers, Miranda Tufnell, Dennis Greenwood and Martha Grogan use everyday movement in their dance. The film shows some of the many sources of movement that these dancers draw from. It shows them working together in rehearsal both inside and outside, and finally it shows them in performance.
