Description
This is the second of two films made on location in Tanzania, about that country's "Education for Self- Reliance" programme. The film develops a number of the issues explored in "Pa...rt I" by examining two village schools in detail. One school in Kwamsisi in the north of Tanzania, and one In the centre of the country near Dodoma. The differences in approach of the two schools are as revealing as their similarities.
