Footage description: | The initial discussion before the interviewee appears. The nature of the job is outlined and the general shape of the interview. Gallimore, the candidate, begins his interview - there is a brief look at his career so far with Todd doing most of the questioning. Redhouse and then Murray take up the questioning, moving on to ask Gallimore what he would do in London with the programming. Gallimore criticises the programme 'Rush Hour' and says how he would alter its general format. Film continues with Murray asking Gallimore about his programme for Radio Stoke.
