Description
This programme is about the 'group' learning situation. The particular group featured here is a number of people who have gathered together to learn about coping with stress. various activities are... undertaken, ranging from classification of the characteristics of stress to games, to massage, to meditation and to role playing. The film faithfully records the sequence of activities, explaining, where necessary, the rationale behind each, and making the point that the group, carefully guided by the two leaders, provides a safe environment for personal disclosures and the exploration of a range of coping strategies.
