This programme looks at the way Local Management of Schools is affecting education now that it has been in operation for several years. The schools visited are William Harding Middle, in Aylesbury ...and Fitzalan High in Cardiff. For each school the programme considers: how LMS is affecting children's learning, what its impact is on senior school staff and how the decision making processes have had to be developed.
