Description
Although 25 million adults participate in some form of sport every month, there is still a significant number of people who don't - particularly among women, ethnic minorities, the over 50s, people... with disabilities. By following the stories of people who have overcome barriers to get involved in sport, the programme explores what these barriers are, and the strategies that can be followed to increase participation.
