Description
This programme looks at adults who are unable to sing in tune and the work John Elenor and Jill Purce who attempt to rectify this. The programme relates the problem to the social and cultural chang...es that have so much reduced the opportunities for singing together which used to exist when, for example, church going was a normal activity and manual labour required worksongs.
