This programme features two different responses to the change in school funding for resource management introduced in the 1988 Education Act. The first past of the programme shows a consortium of s...chools in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, discussing and enacting a communal approach to handling their resource budgets. The second part features Wold Newton primary school, which was one of the first to go grant maintained in 1989.
