Description
This programme formalises the notion of finding the area of a bounded region by 'square counting'. It defines the Riemann integral through area and proves that a continuous function is integral thr...ough area and prove that a continuous function in integrable. This programme goes on to prove the fundamental theorem of calculus which states that an integral on a continuous function gives rise to a primitive.
