Sodium bismuthate added .Solution filtered leaving a purple liquid (3'58"-4'45") - Sodium hydroxide added to solution of manganese II. Oxygen bubbled through. Hydrogen peroxide added converting it to manganese dioxide (5'16"-6'21") - Manganese dioxide being heated with potassium hydroxide and potassium nitrate, turning to solid on cooling. Solid dissolved in water. Acid added giving manganate VII. Green alkaline reduced with sodium sulphite giving manganate V (6'22"-8'00"). Manganese oxidation states from +2 to +7 (8'01"-9'38") - Cobalt metal dissolved in perchloric acid (9'43"-10'07") - Electrolysis of acid solution of aqueous cobalt 2 (10'08"-11'05") - Warming of aqueous tripositive ion (11'06"-11'25") - Sodium hydroxide added to aqueous dipositive ion. Stream of oxygen to speed up reaction. Hydroxide compound of cobalt 3 (11'26"-12'06") - Graphic of acid and alkali formulae (12'07"-13'22") - Ammonium chloride dissolved in aqueous diposotive ion. Ammonia solution added to give hexammine complex of cobalt 2. Oxidation to give hexammine complex of cobalt 3. Crystal of hexammine cobalt 3 chloride (13'23"-15'07") - Jars of chromiun 2+, manganese 2, iron 2, cobalt 2 and nickel 2 (15'32"-17'01") - Oxidation of chromium 2 (17'02"-17'55") - Oxidation of iron 2 (18'11"-18'31") - Cobalt oxidized by electrolysis (19'34"-20'00"). Review of materials and products (20'07"-22'25") - Oxidation of iron 2 by electrolysis (22'26"-23'16") - Chromate 6 in alkali and acid.
