This programme follows six celebrities as they help with three projects funded by Comic relief. Nick Knowles and Liza Tarbuck visit Zambia to help build an AIDS clinic, Jimmy Nail and Kevin Whately... travel to Sierra Leone to help with the construction of a blacksmith's forge and Ruby Wax and Jo Brand help to create a safe garden at a women's refuge in the U.K.
