The need to address the threat posed by cyber security attacks, will be highlighted in an OU lecture on Tuesday 27 March 2018. In From Zero Day to Doomsday, Mike Richards, Senior Lecturer in Comput...ing in the OU’s Faculty of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics’ School of Computing and Communications, will focus on the damage caused by the WannaCry ransomware cyber attack, which had serious implications last year for the NHS and businesses around the world.
