In 2022, we shortlisted four remarkable research projects for the Peo...ple’s Choice award and invited the public to vote for the project that most inspires them. Here winners, Dr Margaret Ebubedike and Dr Saraswati Dawadi, reflect on how the OU supported their research to empower human trafficking survivors. The OU is on a mission to use research to address three crucial societal challenges: Enhancing Environmental Sustainability, Tackling Inequalities, Helping Everyone Live Well.
